1. Conduct a study on the feasibility of IBFB expansion beyond Dhaka

2. Conduct research related to IFC “Doing Business Indicators” for Bangladesh.

3. Conduct research on topic related to the effect of bureaucracy and corruption on the private sector.
4. Conduct research on topic related to the effect of city corporation governance on the private sector
5. Produce an IBFB Member Directory that contains information on IBFB vision and mission, key contact information required by business leaders and policy makers and IBFB Members
6. Conduct relevant events to expand awareness of IBFB to encourage networking and new members.
7. Organize television advocacy programs to promote the effect of corruption and bureaucracy on the private sector
8. Conduct a set of advocacy activities to promote IBFB recommendations generated from research and public presentations on Simplifying Tax Administration.
9. Conduct advocacy activities in the form of meetings with stakeholders, journalists, policy makers & implementers and conduct of national workshops / discussion sessions /seminars.
10. Membership drive will be a continuous process for IBFB.
